Terms and conditions
When receiving the confirmation of your booking, you have a binding agreement with the owner under the condition that the owner forthwith receives the agreed rent in due time.
If the booking is made more than 75 days prior to the arrival date you have to prepay USD 1,000.- as a deposit. – The balance of the rental fee is due 75 days prior to the arrival date. Arriving at the house, the owner’s representative – our house manager – will welcome you to the house and give you proper instructions, the keys to the house etc.
If cancellation is made more than 75 days prior to the arrival date you will have your money back, apart from an administration fee of USD 200.- Any later cancellation will result in forfeiture of the entire rent. In this case the owners are obliged to do their best to provide other possible tenants to take over the vacant period. If successful the tenants will get back their payment in full less an administrations fee of USD 500.-
Sorry, but in order to preserve the natural inhabitants of the environment no pets are allowed.
